1. Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to eKash Exchange LLC ("eKash", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our websites, APIs, trading platforms, or related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
2. Account Eligibility & Verification
To use eKash Exchange, you must be at least 18 years of age and not residing in any restricted jurisdiction. You must complete our Identity Verification (KYC/AML) processes as required by applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
3. Trading Rules & Order Execution
All orders submitted to the exchange engine are final once matched. You acknowledge that prices fluctuate continuously. eKash enforces strict zero-audit deletion policies for transaction logs and employs UUID idempotency protection against duplicate submissions.
4. Prediction Markets
Prediction market contracts represent outcome probabilities based on publicly verifiable data sources. Contract settlements are automated based on pre-defined resolution criteria. All settled transactions are irreversible.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable corporate and financial regulatory laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
